FAQ for Parties for up to 10 Guests

Currently, our guest policy allows you to bring up to 5 guests during open swim, as long as the pool is not over capacity. We know that some members, would like to host more than 5 guests at a time. To accomplish this, we are now allowing members to make a reservation to host up to 10 guests during specific times. Please read this FAQ carefully! 

When can I make a reservation to bring 10 guests?
We have created two 3-hour sessions on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays: 2:00-5:00pm and 5:30- 8:30pm. One membership per time slot. 

How do I reserve?
Log into your account and go to Reservations. You can make 1 reservation per day. 

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
1 week.

How do I pay for my guests?
You can use guest passes or pay $5 per guest at the door (cash only). We prefer guest passes, which can be purchased on Member Splash beforehand (see next question). 

How do I buy more guest passes?
Log into your account and go to Manage Account > Buy Guest Passes.

Can I use a credit card?
The office does not accept credit cards, but you can log into your account and buy guest passes with a credit card. 

How will the office know who my guests are when they arrive?
Members must provide the office staff with a list of guests when they arrive.

What if I have guests from earlier in the day. Can I bring in 10 more guests at my reservation time?
No. You cannot have more than 10 guests at the club at a time. If your guests are staying for your reserved time, then need to be included on the guest list.

Can we sit anywhere?
Yes. If you’d like a canopy over the picnic tables, please let staff know when you arrive and the guards can set it up. 

What if I only want to have 5 guests or less?
You can still bring up to 5 guests without a reservation. You can only bring 6 to 10 guests if you have a made a reservation.

What if I no-show?
Please don’t! We don’t want to get in the business of charging fees and penalties. So, please just cancel if you can’t come. 

What if I book a reservation and then I need to cancel?
Log into your account and access  your reservation and cancel it.

Will you consider allowing guest parties more than 3 days a week?
Yes, that is something we will consider as August rolls along. 

What if the pool is at capacity and no more guest are allowed?
Your party can still happen. We know you are coming and have planned for your guests.
