Before/After Hours Club Rental Information

AHSTC can be rented for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights, 9-11pm or in the afternoons before the club switches to summer hours. 

To reserve, complete the Rental Agreement below. 2024 rentals can be made beginning opening day – May 2024.

Be sure to read the rental conditions before submitting the agreement.

2024 Rental Fees 
Up to 40 People……..$250 + tax
40-80 People………….$375 + tax
80-100 People………..$450 + tax
100+ People………..Requires board approval and pricing. Contact club manager.

Once you submit the agreement, the manager will make sure there are guards available and get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Please note that at the beginning of  the season there are multiple rentals so it may take up to 5-7 days for the manager to get back to you. If the manager cannot find the appropriate number of lifeguards then your fee will be fully refunded.

For parties that are booked and then cancelled, AHSTC will charge a 10-15% fee, depending on how close to the date the event is cancelled. This policy aims to provide equitable access to party dates for all AHSTC members, and allows us to recover credit card fees and staff time.
