We currently have a waitlist to become a member at Arbor Heights Swim & Tennis Club. Due to high demand, our waitlist is unfortunately very long and the expected time from sign up to getting a membership is 10+ years. If you would like to join, use the form below.
When you join the waitlist, you create a Member Splash account with AHSTC. To keep your spot on the waitlist, you must keep your contact information current on this account. If your name comes up and we cannot reach you, we will delete your name and move to the next family on the list.
If you have already signed up for the waitlist, you can log into your AHSTC account to check your waitlist rank, or view the waitlist as of Jan 24, 2025.

Waitlist FAQs
How long am I likely to be on the waitlist?
The number of new members varies based on how many members do not renew. On average, we move through 60-70 names from the waitlist each April, and 30-40 new families join. Based on the length of our waitlist, the estimated wait time is currently 10-13 years.
If my name comes up for membership, do I have to say “yes” that year?
Yes, if your name comes up, you must decide that season whether to join. Per our policies, you may choose to move your name to the end of the waitlist at no additional cost, but the waitlist is quite long.
What should I do if I move or my contact information changes?
If you move or change your email address, it is your responsibility to update your contact information. If we are unable to reach you by email or phone when your name comes up for membership, we will delete your name and move on to the next family on the waitlist. You can update your contact information by logging into your Member Splash account. If you have lost your login access, email ah-membership@ahstc.com, and we will help you access or set up your account.
Do you have a waitlist just for Senior Membership?
No. The club’s Bylaws cap senior memberships at 100, and we have more family members seeking to convert to senior memberships than we can accommodate. We don’t anticipate this changing in the foreseeable future. There is a legacy Senior Membership Waitlist that we have retained; for more information, email ah-membership@ahstc.com.
How do I join the waitlist?
To be added to the AHSTC Family Membership waitlist, fill out the form below and pay the nonrefundable $25 fee (with a debit/credit card). You will create a login that you will use to update us with changes in your contact information. You are also able to see your waitlist number (rank) when you are logged into your account.
