During regular club hours, members can host parties by utilizing guest passes/guest fees.  Members may rent club facilities for private parties outside of club hours, subject to availability.

Parties/Groups During Open Club Hours

Parties/groups up to 20 people can usually accommodated during open club hours. For groups of more than 10 guests, members must request authorization and schedule their gathering through the office at least five (5) days in advance. When hosting larger groups, please use the large picnic tables near the large grassy area to make the most of our limited seating for all members and visitors. Canopies are available for use, ask staff on duty for assistance with setup. For more information, refer to the guest policy.

Private Before/After Hours Parties

To reserve the club for private parties, complete the Rental Agreement form on this page. The form opens at 11 am on Opening Day. Private rentals are generally on Friday and Saturday nights, 9-11pm or in the afternoons before the club switches to summer hours.

Be sure to read the rental conditions before filling out the agreement. Once you submit the agreement, the manager will confirm there are guards available and respond to confirm your reservation. We aim to respond within 48 hours but in the early season it may take longer, thanks for your patience. If the manager cannot find the appropriate number of lifeguards then your fee will be fully refunded. Parties larger than 100 people require board approval and special pricing, contact the club manager.

For confirmed parties that are cancelled, you will be charged a 10-15% fee, depending on how close to the date the event it is. This policy aims to provide equitable access to party dates for all members, and recoups the cost of credit card fees and administration.
